JOIN US! September 10th - 11th, 2021 in Fort Wayne, Indiana for the 2nd Annual, Lift Up Your Standard Flag Conference!  Whether you are just curious about flags and flagging, or this is something you have been doing for what feels like forever, there is going to be something for you!  This year we are adding an introduction to flags and flagging session, so if that's something you'd be interested in, make sure to select it during registration!  The day sessions are going to be centered around teaching, equipping, and activations.  We are looking forward to incredible times of worship and ministry! Some of the topics being covered include:

  • Flags - Introduction and Intermediate/Advanced

  • Worship Dance

  • Staffs 

  • Ministering in the Community

Friday night is going to be a night of worship and will be open to the public.  Please feel free to bring your friends and family with you.  Children will be welcome during this evening session.  If you've brought worship garments we encourage you to come ready for worship, dressed for our King!  We are looking forward to an incredible night of worship and ministry!

Something new for this year also is that we are offering boxed lunches for an extra fee.  The $25 meal ticket includes lunches for both Friday and Saturday.  This option must be selected at the time of registration and cannot be purchased at the conference.  You do not have to purchase one and are free to go get something or have something delivered.  More information about area restaurants will be in your welcome pack.

FRIDAY

9 am - Registration/Check-in

9:30 am - 10:30 am - Welcome/Worship

10:30 am - 12:30 pm - Sessions

12:30 pm - 1:45 pm - Lunch Break (Pre-paid box lunches or On your own)

1:45 pm - 5 pm - Sessions

5 pm - 7 pm - Dinner Break (On your own)

6:30 pm - Doors Open

7 pm - Evening Session

 

SATURDAY

9 am - Doors Open

9:30 am - 10:30 am - Worship

10:30 am - 12:45 pm - Sessions

12:45 pm - 2 pm - Lunch Break (Pre-paid box lunches or On your own)

2 pm - 4 pm - Sessions

4 pm - Lift Up Your Standard March (Weather permitting)

What to Bring

WHAT TO BRING

Water bottle, Worship Flags, and Staffs.  There will be a limited number of flags available to borrow.  There will also be some available for purchase.  But if you own some, we encourage you to bring them with you.  If you do have extras and don't mind sharing, please bring them so that those who do not have any may use them, thank you!  We will also have a limited number of Staffs available for use during the sessions, but if you have your own we encourage you to bring it with you.

CONFERENCE VENDORS

  • AFHG Dance & Flag will have a variety of Flags available for purchase.  If there is something that you specifically want to have custom-made, please message us using the contact us page by 8/01/21 to place your order.  You can visit our shop or photo page for examples of colors and designs that we have done in the past.   Make sure you include your name, email, and mention that you want to pick it up at the conference.  We will send you an invoice via PayPal. Your order will be able to be picked up at the start of the conference. 

  • Heartland Church will have a variety of books and Worship CDs available to purchase.  There will also be more information about Heartland Church and our Ministries if you are interested!

Your ticket includes all Friday and Saturday sessions for 1 individual.  All participants ages 14+ must purchase a ticket. Children 10-13 may also attend (Please read the Children section for more detailed information)

  • $55 - Conference ticket only (1 participant)

  • $80 - Conference ticket + 2-day lunch package (1 participant)

  • $45 - Conference ticket Heartland Church members (1 participant only)

  • $70 - Conference ticket Heartland Church members + 2-day lunch package (1 participant)

Children

CHILDREN

This conference is primarily geared towards adults. There will be no children's classes nor child care. Children aged 10-13 are free. However, EACH child must be accompanied by a fully registered, participating, responsible adult (18 or older). Due to the largely ministerial nature of the conference and two very long days, we ask that you consider the attention span of your child before registering them.  Thank you.

Be aware that the conference ticket is non-refundable. If for some unforeseen reason, regardless of the situation, you will be unable to attend, you may gift your ticket to someone else you know (please email us their information) or you may donate your ticket to someone on the waiting list. You can email us at allforhisglorydanceandflag@gmail.com, Thank you. NO one-day rates are available. We encourage you to attend the entire conference or as much of the conference as you are able.
