Please understand that since these Flags are a custom order there are no returns. If the product was damage during shipping, please reach out to the carrier for your refund options. We appreciate your understanding.
The Rods are fiberglass and they can break. Please leave your Flags rolled up and not "wrapped up" when storing them. Do not leave them in hot cars as this will weaken the rods. Spot clean the silk w/a gentle cleanser and expect the color to run a bit. We try to rinse them as clean as possible. But dye can be sneaky at times. Especially Red & green! Iron with a hot iron when needed. Your silks will love steam! They are pretty sturdy but be gentle with them and they will last for years.
