Each item is prayerfully and carefully handmade. Because of this, please allow us 3 weeks for processing your order to be created before shipping. Processing times can vary depending on order volume and custom requests.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped after they are completed and carefully packaged. We take great care to ensure that each handmade item is prepared with excellence and arrives safely. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Damage During Shipping Policy
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you toward a fair resolution.
Custom Order Policy
Custom orders are welcome when available. These items are created specifically for you and must be paid for before production begins. Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the design and materials requested. Because custom items are made uniquely for you, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
