To avoid possible rod breakage-Keep Flags rolled up, not wrapped. Wrapping is fine for short periods of time. Do not leave wrapped in a hot car for extended periods of time! We do not guarantee rods. If it breaks, you will have to pay for a replacement.

Use a hot iron & steam to remove wrinkles

Spot clean only. Use a gentle hand and soap when cleaning.

There are no returns or refunds. Please note: due to the types of dye we use. These may be some bleeding of color if the flags get wet. This is not a defect. Unless the product has been damaged during shipping (photos required) or there was an error on our part such as: non stitched seam, torn silk (photo required) if this happens, PLEASE contact us immediately upon receipt of the item. We will work with you to make all of us happy.
